Membership Sections
We run competitions every week for gentlemen, ladies, seniors and juniors. There are lady, senior and junior sections set up within the golf club and information about each group is shown below.
It is only necessary to book a tee-off time if you want to play on a Saturday or Sunday between 7.00 and 3.30. During the week it is not necessary to book a tee-time but it is worth checking the events board outside the professionals shop in case the tee is reserved by a visiting party or special event.
To help you plan your season a fixture booklet is printed in January
Competitions for gentlemen are held on a Saturday and Sunday although you can play social golf if you prefer. A start sheet operates to avoid a build of players on the first tee. There is a mid week competition staged every Wednesday the tee is only bookable between 4.30 - 6.00. A single and pairs match play knockout competition also runs during the season.
In addition to our club competitions we also enter teams in the Newcastle & District (N&D) and Hadrian leagues. Matches are played home and away on a Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday evenings. There are also various County events both for teams and individuals. We also enter a team in the Daily Mail competitions

Junior Section
Supporting junior golf has always been a top priority at Prudhoe as the roll of honour on the Home of Champions page supports. As part of the ongoing commitment the
club was awarded Golf Mark status in 2012. We also introduced a new 6 hole pitch and putt course which is a great way for juniors to start leaning about golf. To catch with the latest junior news check out our Blog - click here
To get the juniors off to the best start John Crawford our club professional runs group coaching sessions on Saturday mornings. These sessions start in June each year and parents, grand parents and carers are welcome to come and offer support - even pick up a few golfing tips.
