Captain's Day

The wet weather resulted in Captain's Day being called off at 3.00 p.m. A new date of Saturday 20 September has been set aside with the same tee off times where possible. Further details will be posted on the club notice boards.

A special BBQ & Disco will be held on Saturday 9th August.

Club Championship 2008

The club Champion for 2008 is Danny Shevill and the index trophy winner Andrew Scrimshaw, congratulations to them both. To see them with the Captain just click here.

New "Cameron's Opens" for Prudhoe in 2008

The replace the event cancelled in July there are now two events in August - 4th and 11th, The grand final will still be held in September. Further details of the series including the results of the first two events can be found on the Opens page.

Captain's Charity

Gordon Garratt has nominated the McMillan Children's Cancer Ward at the RVI as his charity for 2008. All donations will be welcome and details of charity events will published during the year.

Entertainment 2008

The entertainment programme for 2008 will include special menu events, live acts and quiz / bingo nights. More details will be available shortly.

Quiz and Bingo

Bingo is held most Saturday's with a quiz held once a month. The next quiz night will be held on Saturday 2nd August 2008 with questions starting at 8.45 p.m. The May quiz joint winners were Jim Jams & MG's who shared the "prize fund".

Junior Coaching Academy

The 2008 programme will start in April 2008 under the guidance of our professional John Crawford. Sessions are staged every Saturday morning in two groups of 8 golfers. If you would to see what is included in the programme please click here
